We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Neo Edo.

Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, innerwear, and accessories marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
